There are many different opinions on the proper way to wear your portable radio while working on the fireground. Generally, it comes down to what you are comfortable with and your department's SOPs. However, the information contained in the following document provides great insight into what we believe to be the safest option, for several reasons. 

While we stand by the quality of our products, ultimately they are considered cosmetic in nature and have not been tested, nor approved by NIOSH, NFPA, nor OSHA standards. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of our products and understands that none of out items are to be used in a "self-rescue" situation.
