We offer several ways to order. For most items, you can simply visit our Shop to place an order. If you'd like to collaborate and design a truly unique piece of gear send us an email to sales@folsomadeleather.com and we will work together through the design process.
We use high-quality, genuine vegetable tanned leathers from renowned tanneries like Hermann Oak Leather, heavy duty hardware from Weaver Leather Supply and other specialty suppliers, and the top industry dyes and paints from Angelus to make sure your gear will endure the stress of the job.
All items are individually hand-crafted and checked for quality before they ever leave the workbench. Each order is given the care and attention to craftsmanship that we would expect as if it were going on our own personal gear. Being a small, family owned business and still working full-time in the fire service unfortunately means that some items may take longer to arrive than others. Our time in the shop varies every week based on our fire department schedule. All orders are completed in the order that they are received.
