limited lifetime Craftsmanship warranty

FOLSOMADE LEATHER warrants that our leather products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below.

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the practical service life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

If a Product is found to be defective under this warranty, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with the same or comparable item
• Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price

• Leather failure caused by manufacturing defects
• Stitching failure under normal use
• Hardware defects (snaps, rivets, rings, clips) caused by manufacturing issues
• Structural failure of the strap due to workmanship 

• Normal wear and tear (including leather stretching, scuffs, darkening, or cosmetic aging)
• Cuts, burns, abrasions, or melting caused by exposure to fire, heat, or chemicals
• Improper use, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage
• Exposure to hazardous materials, biological contaminants, or decontamination chemicals
• Damage caused during emergency incidents or training scenarios

Leather is a natural material and will develop patina, softening, and cosmetic changes over time, which are considered normal.

Firefighter radio straps and other gear are used in hazardous environments. While our products are designed for durability, they are not guaranteed to withstand all fireground conditions.

Users assume all risk associated with the use of the product in firefighting or emergency service operations.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase from an authorized seller or directly from FOLSOMADE LEATHER may be required to process a warranty claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOLSOMADE LEATHER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

We reserve the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Changes will apply to products purchased after the updated policy is published.
